What is an / Squat Bank overload (weight / Powerlifting)?

What is overload? This is a negative supramaximal / retention isometric to raise short-range movement? Ex: the overhead squat @ 130% x 3 I have asked everyone I know and have yet to arrive at an answer. Also posted on the forums does not help either. Any clarification would be nice. Thank you.
