Stretch marks!?
Ahh! I'm not fat, I have not gained weight … but today I noticed stretch marks on the sides and thighs! For a couple of weeks I've been living with someone and have not had access to my normal excersize equipment, so I'm not as toned as I was back home. But I have not gained weight. My skin scars easily, could this excersizing does not cause them? How can I avoid that? How do I get rid of them? I get removed by a professional? If so, how much does this cost?
Stretch marks can not be eliminated just reduced! You can work and use skin cream to reduce the large quantity and make unoticed. My aunt had a bad and she began to do exercises at home and with vaseline and after 1 month could hardly that she had. Im not saying that the work, but worked for her. Try it. =]
