free weight routine

Free weights, exercise routine (Experts)?
I'm 6'3 168. I have a weight bench and some weights 20-50 lbs. That's all I have in my gym at home, do not have a bar yet. I focus on my upper body from my lower body (and below the waist) was developed from playing basketball. I work three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.) I do not know, I started to do, and how to divide the exercises in groups and used to obtain a membership. That's the only way. Everything depends on whether you are fat or not. Eating is the only thing that will lump, and if you are naturally thin, this will become the muscle If you are working out at the same time. As for the actual training goes, do low reps (4-6), the heaviest weight (do not forget the forearms), and on the chest, with days off and then repeat. As for doing the exercises go, it is self-explanatory, only go to the gym and reading machines. Please note, free weights are always better than machines. for free weight exercises online (there are thousands of them for each group muscle) and choose those that are going to do on a particular day. Switch is a lot though so that the body doesn't get used to any special training. Try to get in a lot compound exercises like squats, dead lifts, good morning, clean energy and so on. because it will increase your testosterone levels and shock at the new growth. Remember, no matter what you do in the gym, nothing ever will be if you dont eat. If you are having problems, start taking creatine to help to get extra energy in the gym (only monohydrate as others may have side effects). You could start taking some supplements if none of the work on everything, but definitely do not recommend. It messes with your body chemistry and is working wayyyy more of their value
