Of sound or noise reduction ideas?
I have a treadmill. I live in an apartment on the second floor and are carpeted wall to wall. I to start working again for my health and home is more convienent. I'll just use my tape in the 9-5 hours for about 40 minutes. I neighboor considered, how I minimize the vibration or noise. Can you stack multiple mats sound proof the treadmill? ANY IDEAS THANKS
Get a piece of upholstory foam from a store or supplier upholstory sewing, the kind used for stuffing pillows on the couch. Get two inches thick, cut to size just over bigger than your treadmill and riding the treadmill in it.
