I have the heart rate to 180 for the operation of treadmill is too fast for me?
I'm 51 years old with good health and exercise at least 5 times a week. I have the heart rate to 180 for the operation of tape (7 + miles per hour for more than 10 minutes), one of my good friend I said yesterday that it was too fast for my age and is bad for my health. Is that ture? Thanks in advance.
The ideal is 220 – your age. So 220-51 is 169. You were a little more but not much .. Try to get 170 and keep it there for 10 minutes, you will receive an excellent cardiovascular workout.
