Thank you. Of course I'm 5'2 and 123 I'm still doing the tape is only going to use the slimming belt while I'm doing it:)
Variety of exercise is the key I found. For example .. an exercise called Mountain Climbers. The training of which also contains a section for women and men is excellent. mountain climbers are conducted from a position of iron and then shuffled in and out so that your knees are moving in under your chest and then back to the starting position. It is like climbing a mountain type, but on the floor. If you want an advanced version, you can also shuffle your hands 8-10 inches forward and backward as well movements of the legs. This really makes it a whole body exercise and much more difficult than standard mountain climbers. After each exercise, rest about 30 seconds before starting the next exercise. Rest about 1-2 minutes after completing each tri-set "before repeating. This will give one of the best ab workouts you've had without even doing any direct ab exercise. You'll see what I mean after you try it! Once you get away from the myth that 1000 abdominal and 500 squats a day is all there is to do sit-ups for large, then amazing results can be seen. It is totally free ebook page 65 on exercise, nutrition, ABS and stomachs, in particular http://www.stayprotected.com you can download (no catch!) And is excellent. It helped me much.
