If you are new to the sport of figure and fitness, the very idea of the competitive landscape in a low demand could be all but frightening, that is unless you have some secret tip and techniques to ensure confidence and enhance their presence on stage.

You need not have the perfect body to compete in a drawing contest. What you do with your diet, training, cardio, supplements, tanning, reflecting, etc. all can give the advantage of allowing that close to the perfect body for you to get on stage and compete in a competition for the picture, look great and can even do well.
