Is there any excercise i should avoid during pregnancy?
I am about 6wk pregnant before I knew I was pregnant I was losing weight by counting calories and increased my exercise level, obviously I am not so foolish as to think he can still lose weight, but I like to keep the exercise. I've been mostly by bicycle, with a step by step and make FITNESS DVD, ie davina power of 3 and 30 min workouts. Is there any excercise i have to be careful with?
I think not. What does your perfect sound. You'll know when the strike begins to show what is uncomfortable. Check with your midwife if you are not sure about anything in particular. Take it easy! Congratulations! x
