How to tone up?
I lose 46 pounds, (I have already lost 5) I know I will find a better shed tons of weight from all this, but I should also moderate, Any advice? I have a mini stair stepper that I know works for the thighs, buttocks and calves. I have the weights that I use for my arms .. (pesos NO also help your back, chest, and the ugly bag in his arms and chest?) I do not know a toner cartridge good for my abs. I have a bunch of training, but I do not know how to properly use (Im 15, 176, goal is 130) Any advice?
