With all weight loss programs and fad diets out there, it can be easy to forget a basic fact: that to lose weight, you have to burn more calories you consume.

It's that simple.

Dieting is as easy as that.

And for many women, that means learning exercises to lose weight.

The strange thing is that exercises to lose weight are different exercises to tone your body, or muscle building, or simply get rid of love handles. If you want to melt those extra pounds off your frame, you have to get your heart rate for a significant period of time, because that is the way to burn excess calories.

First, see a doctor and a thorough checkup. He has to make sure it is sufficiently healthy enough to start exercising. However, just need to get clearance from your doctor does not mean you should go out tomorrow and run a marathon. Take it easy in the beginning.

Want to work in what are called cardio exercises these are great for losing weight exercises. And you want to be sure to start slowly, be consistent, and build a complete cardiovascular workout.

Walking costs nothing and is easier cardio exercise is. I'm not talking a walk in the mall. What I do is 15 minutes hard to get your heart rate and rapid breathing.

To do that, will take 25 minutes total to five minutes of acceleration, 15 minutes to maintain a good pace, and after five minutes late.

Try this every day for a week. And next week, try 25 minutes into a good rhythm. After that, you must increase your maximum transit time of 10 minutes each week until a little more an hour.

Some focus on the simplicity of this exercise and the high that will burn some serious calories, fast.

If you are More on the group exercise, take an aerobics class. Do not worry, not 80 years. Today, there are a variety of aerobics classes base, step classes, spinning classes, walking tape, run the classes, the classes of stairs, and even water aerobics!

Chances are, you'll find something you're dying to participate in.

And speaking of water aerobics, swimming is one of the best cardio exercises there is. Grab your swimsuit and head to the pool.

Swimming less than half an hour a day three days a week only burns as many calories as walking a hour a day, five days a week! And, the water resistance helps tone your body while you burn calories.

It's a win-win.

If you have an exercise bike or a "real" bike, riding is another great way to get the heart pumping and the pound fell from his body. Only make sure you put your bike to a lower speed, so unless you're meeting resistance and cycling to a higher RPM. That is the key.

Soon be found looking forward to your cardio, thanks to the rush of endorphins you get step that scale every week.

Be sure not to overdo it.

You really do not want to do cardio exercises to lose weight over an hour at a time, and you want to give your body a rest between workouts.

Cardio workouts every other day is perfect.
