It is 20 minutes on the running machine, 20 minutes on the rowing machine and weights 20 minutes enough?
I'll start going to the gym 3 times a week, but is 20 minutes by the running machine, 20 minutes on the rowing machine and weights 20 minutes enough? It is to lose weight and eat a diet healthy.
Yes, sounds good. Do not over do it too much to begin with. Push yourself, but not so much that it hurts.
