Start working to find a plan?
I am 18 years old, from around 155'ish lbs and 6'0 / 6'1 feet high. I finally received my weighting system put together, and I want an idea of how to use it for best results. It is the "Weider Pro 4300" system, and specifications are as follows: Features: Ab Developer: Yes Butterfly: Yes Chest Press: Yes High-Low Pulley: yes Leg Developer: Yes Preacher Curl: Yes, I am in top form at the bottom but I just want to build a muscle in my upper arm and forearm and (wrists, too, if possible.) would also work on my abs to get rid of fat I still have on my belly. I do not seek any buffed up, just want to build muscle. Any advice on how often I have to do each workout on the system and how often I would one day be greatly appreciated! Also tips on food I must eat to help push the process of obtaining a muscle more (I do not want to go on a diet, I am very thin and just want to develop your muscles.) If you are looking to gain muscle mass does not look cut. perform workouts with heavy weights with series Short (3-5). You have to work all major muscle groups, but one a day. Example Schedule: Monday: chest press, triceps Tuesday: Legs Wednesday: Biceps Thursday: Shoulders Friday: Back Saturday: ABS Sunday: Rest Hope this helps
