I want to lose weight without cardio at the gym much?
I want to lose weight. I am 14 years old. I'm going to the gym atleast 4 times a week. Yes, I do atleast 20 minutes of cardio atleast 2 times a week, but I want another method of weight loss. Is there something I can do at the gym to lose quick weight without cardio?
If you want to lose weight, you must burn calories and burn fat, which will require cardiovascular activity. This is not as bad as it sounds good. Mix the types of cardio you like using the stationary bike a few times a week, treadmill, Elliptical Machine .. Heck, if your gym has a pool you can even swim a few laps. also aim for about 30 minutes of activity cardio per day or more. If you also want to build muscle, you can do without cardio (but you need cardio to burn fat). You can use weight to gain muscle.
