This question is for all fitness professionals? What are the benefits of supplements like Weider Mega Mass.?
2000, 3000, 4000 etc.? For more muscle mass / bulking up for amateur bodybuilders, I think that 100% whey protein is good!? What are the benefits creatine & there any side effects? I am from India. These supplements are imported now available in India.
