For professionals, training is more time employment full (40 hours per week minimum) I heard that Elite Pro boxers spar 100 rounds for every round that their next fight is scheduled to go. So for a fight 10 Round they spar 1000 rounds in the months leading to a fight for the title. It was reported that Mayweather is running 9 miles a day (two 4 1 / 2 sessions mile) during combat training. Consider the time for weight training, boxing, and cardio … you can see why most boxers say they almost live in the gym.
