Joining the gym starting next Monday … This is what I have so far. Any advice?

From next Monday I go to the gym after work … is five minutes on the road like coming home … so I could too! My plan is to cut some fat. The issue is the lower intestine and the body (legs feel great … pants too tight.) A friend of mine (football player in high school), recommended something along these lines: Stretch-warming jog-weightlifting-cardio cooldown do not think about the appearance of a body builder, but … a definition, here and there would be nice. The exercises include: leg press row AMY Machine Bench Press Lat Pulldown cracks. So I ask: 1). Do I have to intake a large amount of protein? My goal is to get stronger … but not torn. My main priority is fat loss. 2). I plan to go Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Is that fine? 3). I hear the New people tend to see faster results … is this true? I have not been to the gym since … I would say that November and was quite loose in the spring. Any other advice is appreciated! Thank you!

It seems to have a good plan to start again, but we always make sure that ou the muscle opposite of what is just to solve. So if you work out your biceps, make sure that the work of your triceps during the same session. Also, if you burn more fat, not less weight and more reps with the lift. So I recommend doing maybe 4 games AOF about 10-15 repetitions, with 40% of your maximum 1 rep. Thus if you can normally say bench 200 pounds, but in mind for 1 repitition then 80 pounds would be the one with the 4 series. But you should try to lift every other day, as you needed about 24 hours rest. You should also consider natural green tea pills, as these have no effect side, and speed up your metabolism to help burn more fat during your work out. But talking to your friend or a nutritionist before you start taking these (if you choose) are also very cheap. But I need a lot of protein but if you want to hlp same muscle gain and recovery time between workouts, then I recommend eating more protein. But they also should try to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day to speed your metabolism and burn more fat. And above all, no meeting of the fat burning is complete without proper nutrition and diets. So find a little of this and be able to learn much about what is considered healthy fat loss and what is not. Good luck!
