smith machine home gym
Bodybuilders?

whats ur opinion on the Smith machine squats and bench press? would be to bench press flat dumbbell presses with Smith banking machine offset machine Smith neglect my stabilizers? My gym at home not only configured with a Smith machine bar so far. I use a lot weights in my routine though so im thinking ill be fine with the Smith machine. I have a dead rod, poles, etc. I just do not have a rack that will serve for bank and squatting.

If that is all that then you have no choice but to use it. The Smith machine is not bad for passengers, but not like it at all bench press. I think you are better to use dumbells.
