I've just been given a bike V-Fit with a time / speed / distance / heart rate monitor on him. However,?
there are no instructions. Does anyone know how to program?
I do not think you can program it. It records what you are doing at the time. Press RESET, and he will start on time, distance, calories etc. for the session of your being work. Then switch between them to see how you do, etc. … He should keep that info for multiple sessions until you reset it again Hope this helps. EDIT: Please help the question she asked.
