exercise bike electricity

I've never been one to go to the gym, but I also know that it is important to maintain a healthy weight and body strong and flexible now I'm in the fifties. Staying active will help me maintain a lifestyle of quality for many years to come.

But what is the best exercise? For me, the whole exercise, I love and I want to do often! I prefer to do my outdoor exercise: long bike rides and longer are much better for me to drive my car to the gym that I can run on a treadmill.

I know my limitations and have reasonable expectations for myself. When I bought an electric bike, it really was to follow with my husband. It is much more athletic than I am and have always been afraid that I would not be able to take a longer trip by bike or climbing hills. My electric bike changed all that.

Electric bicycles pedaling your help, they do not replace it. Although capable of pushing you along without any help, I use my electric bicycle to help me when I am tired or need extra power. So I think I roll over (and exercise more) because I'm only using the electric bike. It allows me to control the amount of exercise I get. I can cruise along up to 25 miles if I Take It Easy "and let the electric bike, do all work.If I want to get a workout heavier, I can do that too (and I usually do, using battery power especially in the hills and strong head winds).

Oh, did I mention how much fun it is to get my e-bike? Now I find my e-bike everywhere, and started to run for other reasons for practices. I short strokes with the electric bike because I really hate the thought of driving while spitting emission car. In addition, cost savings really mount the more I use my e-bike.

I do not know if I lost weight, but my knees hurt less and my legs feel stronger. The best of everything I love riding my bike every day. Practice and fun: It's my secret weapon to stay in shape, after fifty years.

About the Author:

As a long time employee at electric utilities, I am naturally a fan of electric powered vehicles. But my passion for electric bikes was turned on when my husband and I bought our first e-bike It is really fun to ride! So now I’m an eBiker. Even my dog Teddy loves to ride our electric bike.

My philosophy is that everyone should contribute to improving the Earth by conserving energy and reducing their dependence on fossil fuels. In my own small way, this is how I am doing that: By promoting the use of small electric vehicles, especially electric bicycles.
