Thin and soft!?
I lost all my baby weight back to 140 now for several months now! However. I did it simply by eating less and running after my children, but no serious exercise. Long story short, I'm soft when I used to be tonic. OK I know I lost some muscle. Now, I might be losing another 5 pounds, but that's all. I do not even care if I lose not all my clothes do not suit me and that I am beautiful (clothes, lol). Then toning exercises to help regain muscle? Is that the fat is still there? What about stationary bike? I have no time to go to a gym and have no money to invest in equipment or videos, but I have a motorcycle. The problem is my lower half.
I have a similar problem. If I lose more weight, I seek to thin. But I did these roles, I do weights to bulk up my arms and legs. So I'm going to lose another 5 lbs to get rid This fat. (ok, maybe 10 lbs!)
