Can anyone explain "spinning" for exercise?
I have a stationary bike, is this the right equipment necessary for spinning?
usually spinning bikes are more advanced … they have more control over the tension in the pedals and are built very robust because they take a lot of use. They are usually held on them and ride them really fast or climb (ride with a lot of tension )….. definitely a workout.
