If the holiday is a beach or pool, then swimming is an excellent sport to take as a daily exercise. It is one of best to take immediately. Overall, I would say that swimming, walking, skiing and pedal boat the most widely used form of exercise for most people while on vacation, but all of the above are always good ways to keep yourself fit when away.
