If I buy a bike, what parts of me will tone / burn more fat?

Is it just your general my whole body if I go over it one hour every night? Preferably I would like to burn fat off my belly and thighs, is a work this bike? I want to look thinner, but I do the biggest gain muscle mass? thank you

Dmon86 is correct. Genetics determine which area of your body stores more fat. Some people have more guts because they gain weight. Other people store more fat in other body parts like hips, buttocks and thighs. Our body does not burn fat. They only burn calories. Calories are a measure of energy, expressed in units of heat. At a relatively young age (5 years old), body locks into a specific number of fat cells. This number does not change much for the rest of our lives. You can eat lots of fat every day of your life and you will not earn more than fat cells. You can have fat cells deducted from your body and the body regenerates new cells and fat lock back to roughly the same number of fat cells as before. When fat cells die, new and replace your locks back into your body specific number of fat cells. The only thing you can change the size of fat cells. If you over-feed them, will grow and get bigger. If you take in less fuel (food) that amount of calories you use in one day, your fat cells will shrink in size but not number. All your fat cells will shrink. You can not make certain areas shrink more than others. What you need to do is create a fuel shortage. In other words take less food that you are using. Everything you do with your body uses energy. Even sitting doing nothing, burn some calories. If you do more activity than you normally do, you burn more calories and lose weight. If you eat less, take in fewer calories than normal and you lose weight. If being more active and eat less, you lose weight faster. Any type of aerobic exercise, cycling, running, swimming, brisk walking will help to shrink fat cells all over your body. Make sure you do it hard enough that it's a bit difficult to speak. do it very slowly for an hour will help a little, but if you have a pleasant conversation, your going too easy. It must be difficult to talk during a whole hour. Make four or five times a week and eat less. You reduce fat everywhere. The simple answer to your question. Reducing fat in your somach? running, cycling or swimming. On your arm? Run, bike or swim. On your lap? Race bike or swim. On your finger? Race bike or swim. If your thins the upper body before your buttocks do, just keep going, you can not direct the withdrawal. It happens everywhere.
