Carrying equipment Take the weight between a treadmill or exercise bike!?
I need to lose 130 pounds for December 31, 2010, and I think I know how to get a fitness machine for me to take this weight off between a treadmill or exercise bike where you will gain weight faster and healthier.
I'd go with the belt, preferably one that will lead. But go slowly, it's a lot of weight to lose. A treadmill will work more body parts than a bike and once you get your cardiovascular improvement, add a little weight hand. Good luck!
