I bought a new exercise bike, I need your advice?
This is my first time to use a bicycle stationary (the resistance can be adjusted manually), I need to know what your schedule for workouts Cycling to know for how long (minutes), the resistance level and speed. BICYCLE EXERCISE OF EXPERTS PLEASE HELP ME
Sprints will be the strength at a distance (time) will develop strength, cardio, cardiovascular health and muscular endurance. A good workout would be: mild resistance for 20 minutes followed by 5 minutes of resistance max. Average resistance for 10 minutes, the lightfastness 10 minutes, the resistance medium for 10 minutes. What you do not want to do is do the same routine all the time because the muscles will get smart and know how they will work. Mix It Up, and you should be like 2 days cardio, resistance 1 day (sprints) 1 day off, then a new schedule. Speed: Light Resistance: 8 to 12 mph Resistance average: 12 to 18 mph Heavy Resistance: 20 to 24 mph
