Equipment specific exercises?
Hi, I am not looking to lose weight using the stuff i have now. I am own a elliptical machine and a Bowflex (I do not even know how to use) the bowflex This type http://prdscene7.dfxi.com/is/image/Nautilus/100153_1?qlt=95, 0 & wid = 400 and the elliptical is a Schwinn i dunno .. I think But uhh yeah if u could give me some ideas on what I need to remove some books PS. I am 5'4 about 200 pounds if that helps? Any help is appreciated thank you.
