How can I eat less and do not go into "starvation mode"?

Hi. I'm in 7th grade and I'm kind of overweight. I try to eat less, and I was. I found a calorie calculator and I am trying to eat 500 fewer calories than I burn. I'm going to the gym about 3 times a week, because that's all the time I can go while still doing homework. I do 15 minutes on an elliptical, 15 minutes on a bike and 10 on a treadmill. I eat Cheerios and milk in the morning (150 calories), Yoplait yogurt for lunch (170 calories) a banana or yogurt for a snack at 4:00 (170) and whatever my mom made for dinner (usually as a little over 1,000 calories). I only water to drink. I am 13 years old, 5'6 "and 160 pounds. Last week, I weighed 155 pounds. I know this is happening because my body starts in starvation mode, or I owe a lot of fat in the food I eat. How can I not eat much while staying out of starvation mode, and what can I eat to eat healthily without staying the same weight and gaining weight? Please help! Thank you.

you should not eat more calories before bed. Do not overload ur body doing the same things in the gym whenever you because you've reached a plateau or flat and basically stop wasting weight until you go up or change more difficult. Try to eat the meal bigest day at lunch before arranging. and do not eat after 7:00 PM because that is essentially rest period for everyone, where everyone chills for the day and sleep
