How can I increase my running when I'm bored and tired so easily?

I can run in sports, cycling and not cycling elliptical, but for endurance, I shoot just get so bored and tired. I think after about a mile I want to jump. I kept telling him that it will become easier with time but it seems to become harder to find motivation to stay on. Suggestions?

To take advantage of running it must go far enough to get the "runner up" a surge of endorphins that will make you feel good. But to get there you have to agonize several miles through the rough. What you must do is to pierce that bubble 1 mile. The first mile is often the most difficult. The muscles are not warm, there is no endorphins which flows, and you're not a rhythm yet. It really takes 3 miles from the endorphin rush to kick, and somewhere along the line you'll hit your stride and feel more comfortable. It takes just a little discipline to pass the first mile or two rough. Difficult to make it easier if you eat well and run enough – you need to run 4 times a week to really get your body is improving with each outing. Less than that and the improvements are very slow to come, if at all. Also, find a place to run, which is geographically pleasing, and does run on a track. The nature of drilling a run of track can refuse person off. Find a nice park – it will make a difference.
