What to do when your metabolism reaches plateau?
I have been exercising (treadmill or elliptical stairmaster 30 min + 30 min) for over 6 months now and have lost 21 pounds, but now that I've stopped losing weight, instead I gained 5 pounds back.what should I do? I try to alternate treadmill, elliptical and strength.
You've probably gained a lot of muscle. Now you need to fix your caloric intake in order. You must make your intake of calories less than you burn.
