What pill should I add to my exercise routine to make it more effective?

I take Hydroxycut Hardcore .. Only when I go to the gym. I go to the gym 6 days a week and do the elliptical for an hour each day. But 3x a week I am going twice a day. 1h at 5 am and another at 3pm. I do not think the HH is active. I took for 2 months and I see not the kind of results I thought I would. Other diet pills someone took … that worked. I mean seriously worked. I'm losing 10-20 lbs. I do not know how long it takes. You know .. 4-5 months. Whatever. I just need to see results effing! I am a mesomorph, so I am strong everywhere, but there are still a lot of fat around my hips, belly, thighs and buttocks. HELP PLEASE!

Hi. It seems you really know what you do. Just make sure you eat Food of the basic food groups. When you are dieting, you should eat enough food to maintain weight for 4-6 days, 4-6 days, you eat Unless you need to keep the weight and repeat until the desired weight is reached. Another important point, you're overtraining. You should not go to the gym more than 4-5 times a week (and then I want to say once each time or two, a few days). When you overtrain all sorts of negative things begin to occur that are too complex and lengthy to develop here (do a Yahoo search for overtaining symptoms) but it is a serious mistake made by too much. It is probably the way you drop weight. You should take 7-10 days completely off from training to recover from overtraining and then start training 4-5 times per week on the diet that I mentioned.
